We look forward to welcoming an independent community of small businesses and freelancers to our purpose-built co-working space. In addition to offices, allocated desks and hot-desking, our co-working community will have access to meeting room facilities, sociable break-out spaces and our outstanding catering and leisure facilities on site. There will be six 2-person and one 4-person offices for rental. All offices will be fully-furnished, and lockable. We will offer 16 allocated desks and plenty of hot-desking capacity.
All offices and co-working spaces will benefit from temperate central heating and air conditioning. They are designed to be covid-safe with fresh air and ventilation and appropriate distancing. Members will benefit from super-fast broadband, printing and other office facilities. There will be male/female/unisex toilets plus shower facilities and bicycle parking. A limited number of car parking spaces will also be available to book. We will have a dedicated hot drinks station and cold filtered water on tap. Membership will allow co-workers to benefit from special members' rates at our on-site café.
Access will be 8am to 10pm daily, other than on Saturdays (Shabbat) and certain Jewish holidays (Yom Tovim), when the facility opening times will reflect the Jewish calendar.
Business advice and networking events
We are teaming up with Work Avenue, a charity whose mission is to help individuals into the job market and offer professional advice to start-ups. We will have a small team on site and access to a larger team via Zoom. We have strong links to local business networks and will run a programme of inspiring events to help you hone your professional skills.
We will offer a range of flexible membership options, length of commitment and payment plans, to be announced later in 2022. All property-related costs including rent, cleaning, security, insurance and maintenance will be included. We look forward to welcoming you into our co-working community.
