SUMMARY:Kids Yoga: Stretch\, Play and Imagine
DESCRIPTION:Give your child a joyful space to stretch\, wiggle\, breathe and grow. In our Kids Yoga class\, children discover yoga through games\, music and stories\, bringing yoga shapes to life as they become roaring lions\, tall trees\, wriggly snakes and flying butterflies. \nThere is no right or wrong and no competition\, just a fun\, welcoming space where every child moves at their own pace. Along the way they build strength\, balance\, flexibility and coordination\, and learn simple ways to relax\, focus and feel calm. \nThe class is led by Cove kids yoga teacher Nikki Campbell. \n\nWhen: Thursday 29 October 2026\, 14:00 to 14:45\nWhere: the Yoga Studio at BNJC\nCost: free\nPlaces: 10 children\, so please book\n\nBook a free place\n\n\n \n Parent or carer name(Required)Email(Required)\n \n Phone(Required)In case we need to reach you on the day.Number of children(Required)1234Your children(Required)Child's nameAge    Add RemoveWe need a name for each child for the guest list at the door.Is this your first time at BNJC?(Required)\n \n \n Yes\n \n \n \n No\n Anything we should know?Optional.
