There are lots of changes to our hours as we prepare for Pesach. Here is all the information you need to know.

Novellino Deli: Our deli has now transitioned to stock all Pesach goods only. You can still purchase Chametz from the shelves outside our deli until Pesach.

Novellino Restaurant: Novellino Brighton kitchens will be closed the week before Pesach for deep cleaning (Monday 15 April – 19 April). The deli will be still be open during this time for Passover purchases.

During Pesach, our restaurant is open during Chol Hamoed (25 & 26 April by pre-booking only. Call now to make a booking: 01273750334

After Pesach: From 1 May, Novellino Brighton kitchens will be closed for two weeks after Pesach for deep cleaning and refurbishment works. The deli will be open during this week.

Yanir Mrejen, Chef

Meet the Chefs: Yanir Mrejen & George Afentakis

An outstanding and imaginative chef, Yanir Mrejen is the Executive Head Chef and  directs the team at Novellino Brighton. He has worked in top international restaurants alongside world-renowned chefs in Israel and the UK, including Gordon Ramsey. Yanir recently helped launch Novellino Bistro in London.

Our Head Chef George Afentakis was brought up in Crete but is a long-time Brighton resident. As well as owning Adelphia in Preston Street and former owner of Skara in the Marina, he has been active in catering in the UK for the last 28 years.
