What can I expect on arrival?
On arrival, please head straight to security at the main entrance to receive your keys and access fobs. If you have parked in the underground car park, take the lifts to Elm Tree Court or Olive Tree Court up to the ground floor and head to the front of the centre. If you are coming into the site as a pedestrian just enter at the main entrance and let security know that you have a booking.
What is the check in & check out procedure?
Once you have your fob and your apartment number, head to the apartment block via the East side of the campus (to your right if you are on the street facing the centre). This block is Elm Tree Court.
Your fob will grant you access to the foyer of the apartment block. From here, use the lifts to access the floor you will be staying on.
