Planning Your Pesach Visit?
We’re making some key changes to opening hours and menus at Novellino as we prepare for Pesach. Here’s what to know before your visit:
From 24 March: Novellino Deli will be stocked with Pesach essentials (limited availability – shop early).
1–9 April: Novellino Restaurant closed for deep cleaning. A BBQ menu will be served daily from 12–7pm in our heated outdoor pergola.
31 March, 10 & 11 April: Restaurant closed. Deli remains open.
11–20 April: Novellino Restaurant open for pre-booked Pesach dining (Seder nights, Yom Tov & Chol Hamoed).

Meet the Chef: George Afentakis
Our Head Chef George Afentakis was brought up in Crete but is a long-time Brighton resident. As well as owning Adelphia in Preston Street and former owner of Skara in the Marina, he has been active in catering in the UK for the last 28 years.
