Our modern, multi-use site includes residential homes, a nursery, Synagogue, Kosher restaurant, and a year-round programme of cultural and community activity. Our marketing function supports each of these business units while holding the brand and identity of BNJC as a whole.
About the role
We are growing the marketing team to support an ambitious year ahead, with launches across our organisation, and continuous marketing activity across our businesses. This new role exists to bring fresh creative energy and organised support to a busy two-person senior team. This role supports the production and coordination layer of the function.
You will be hands-on across content, creative production, scheduling, and events marketing. You will build branded assets, capture and edit photo and video content, schedule social and email content, draft captions and short-form copy, and keep the day-to-day running of the marketing function organised. You will also be at the front of the team's adoption of AI tools for marketing efficiency, learning and applying these as part of your everyday work.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one. You will be supported and developed by senior team members who are invested in your growth.
