Kitchen Porter – Novellino Brighton

About the role

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join the team at Novellino, a modern kosher meat restaurant in the heart of Hove. As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a key role in supporting our kitchen team by keeping the kitchen running smoothly and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment. This is a vital role that helps ensure everything operates efficiently behind the scenes.

Your daily duties will include washing pots, pans, plates, cutlery, and kitchen appliances, cleaning work surfaces and floors, storing equipment correctly, and unloading and organising deliveries. You’ll also be responsible for handling cleaning chemicals safely and following all hygiene and safety standards.
