Closures
Shoresh closes on the major Jewish festivals, on bank holidays and for three staff training days a year, with notice each time.
- 24 December to 3 January Christmas and New Year, reopening Monday 4 January 2027
- 26 and 29 March 2027 Bank holidays
- 21 to 29 April 2027 Pesach (21 April is also a training day), reopening Friday 30 April
- 3 and 31 May 2027 Bank holidays
- 10 June 2027 Closes at 13:00 for staff training
- 11 June 2027 Shavuot
- 30 August 2027 Bank holiday

A child’s safety and wellbeing come first at Shoresh. Every child has the right to grow up safe, healthy and supported, and the team works closely with families and the Brighton & Hove Safeguarding Children Partnership to protect children from harm.
