A relaxing sound bath with Cove Health & Fitness, to help you unwind, recharge and reconnect with yourself. Afterwards there are healthy snacks from Yofi and a little time to socialise.
Yoga mats will be provided. Please bring a blanket, cushion and/or yoga bolster to get extra cosy! Wheelchair users and those who’d prefer to enjoy the experience using a chair are warmly welcome.
