Community Security Team Member

We are seeking a warm, professional and proactive individual to join our Community Security Team at BNJC. This is a key front-line role that combines safety with hospitality, helping to create a secure and welcoming environment for all site users – including residents, visitors, restaurant guests, holiday let customers, and staff.

As a visible and reassuring presence across the site, your responsibilities will include regular patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, responding to incidents, and ensuring that safety protocols are upheld at all times. You will be the first point of contact for many visitors, so it’s essential that you are personable, composed under pressure, and able to communicate clearly and effectively.

To be considered, you must hold valid SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV licences, and be willing to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. A strong sense of responsibility, excellent judgement, and a customer-focused approach are essential.

BNJC is a multi-use community site, and the security team plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone.
