Saturdays: During winter months evening events can be held, finishing at 10:30pm

How long can I hire a room for?
We hire rooms on an hourly basis. You can also hire a room for a regular time and day, subject to availability.
All events must finish 30 minutes before our building closes at 11pm.
What is the capacity of each event space at BNJC?
We have spaces to cater for numbers from 10 to 200 people. Get in touch so we can discuss the best spaces for your event.
Are your spaces fully accessible?
BNJC is fully accessible to wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. We have a lift accessible to all spaces in our community hub..
Do you have different rates for charities?
Yes we have three different venue hire rates, for charities, private events and corporate events. Make sure that you let us know which event you are holding so you are quoted the correct rate.
What extra charges may I occur?
We may charge for set up and take down depending on the event. We do not charge for the hire of AV and sound equipment, but it will be subject to availability. For events taking place on a Friday night or Saturday day (i.e. during Shabbat) there may be an extra charge for security. Plus there may be a charge for car parking on-site.
What catering can we use for our event?
We have an excellent in-house, licensed Kosher catering team (read more here). For this reason we don’t accept external catering. Our team are able to cater to all dietary requirements and preferences for every occasion.
Is there parking available?
We have a very limited number of parking spaces which may be available on the day of your event and will need to be booked in advance. On-street parking (pay and display) is available in adjacent streets and you can also make use of the nearby car parks.
